mm. the perfect makes-me-feel-healthy concoction has to be the DIY smoothie. usually i do it when i have to eat fruits i don't like eating, but after tonight's smoothie, i think i'll be making a lot more, especially when i move up to sengkang. tonight's fruit was pineapple, and i really don't like eating pineapple straight, since it's tooooo acidic, and makes my tongue feel all weird. so i froze my bowl of pineapple chunks, mixed some plain yoghurt with honey and the last little pot of (almost) expired apricot yoplait, poured it in with an ice cube or two, along with a banana, and blended it all up. yummm. vitamin C, potassium, good bacteria, and a huge load of fibre. yum. georgia can drink her fruit juices, but i'll stick to my yoghurt smoothies. :)
