ok, ok, enough with the faux-philosophical, feeeel my ahngst nonsense. from now on, i'll only think happy thoughts. *nods*
so well, now that hell-fortnight is over—actually, the last month has been pretty punishing, really, but well, that's not the point—i really want to indulge in some..hedony.
I am seriously seriously craving macarons. crisp-on-the-outside-ooeygooey-on-the-inside little bombs of complex, layered flavours. I dare you to read this, and not be similarly entranced. ohmy godd, i want macarons! and i want wine, a luscious red, a crsip, dry white. i want a sake martini/saketini. i want to splurge on something completely extravagant. i want to have an exclamation-mark experience.
but well, for now i'll settle for a trip to Macaron. anyone want to go?
