Some people are born leaders, some just arenn't. i'm not saying i am, definitely, leader material, just that some people really aren't. maybe you know who i'm talking about, maybe you think you do. that really isn't the point. the point is, if your motivation isn't at all to make a change for the greater good, then you shouldn't be leading anyone. because a leader has the responsibiity to look at the big picture, seeing things that the micro-managers can't. and if your purpose is just self-glorification, attention, or whatever other pathetic reason you have, then you don't deserve to be a leader. you dont lead because you want to be the centre of attention, you don't lead because you want everyone to know your name and think that you are oh so cool, you lead because you have a vision, because you want to effect change. it boggles my mind how some people who are clearly unfit to lead, do.
