aarrr. as fun as the pre-sem period is—choosing modules, playing around with timetable builder and all that, it seems that the maximum number of modules i am able to choose in a semester is 4. i've had problems choosing a fifth module every semester right from the first. bugger. this sem, its a real headache.
here are the choices:
1) Europe of the Dictators, Intro to World History, Art and History, Intro to Film, 19th Century Lit.
— 3 history, 2 lit modules, 2 of which are 3000 mods. insanely heavy workload, and midterm and assignment weeks are going to be crazy.
+all the modules sound good, plus i've already been preallocated, no need to go and mess with cors.
2) Europe of the Dictators (Level 3000), Art and History, Intro to Film Studies, 19th Century Lit, and Malay.
—Giving up on Intro to World, ending at 6 three days out of 4, plus 2 3000 mods.
+Malay seems aceable, and the rest of the modules sound good too.
3) Intro to World, Art, Film, 19th Century, Intro to Cultural Studies
—No Europe, which sounds damn good, although it will come again, plus i am not totally attracted to Cultural Studies.
+ Only one 3000 module
HELP! i don't know what to pick. :( any suggestions? heh.
