I woke up in a most delightful way today: to the sound of rain clattering outside my window, the cool air chilling my legs and arms, in the peaceful solitude of my room, for the first time in three months, completely alone.
yes, i know, it seems as if i am driving this point home excessively, but i am just so glad to once again have a space that is actually mine, no one else's but mine.
i'm happy. sitting here, listening to the soft hum of the ceiling fan and jazz playing out of my speakers, i feel, totally at peace. at this moment, i know that life isn't perfect, but i am perfectly content nonetheless. i could sit like this forever. i could hole up in here forever. maybe i'd get bored, but this total, complete silent solitude is too fantastic to be beaten by a little boredom.
in other news, yy needs to go grocery shopping and also, wants to rent dvds.
OH AND LEAR IS TONIGHT!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D soooooo exciteddddd!!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D life is good these days.
